By using a Peritus app — currently LLQP Exam Prep (life-insurance licensing) and CIRE Exam Prep: CIRO Practice (securities licensing) — you agree to these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to every App Store download.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and its content for your own exam preparation. Please don't copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or publicly post the questions, explanations or other content — they are original works and this is how we keep the lights on.

Educational use only

Our apps are unofficial, independent study aids (see Disclaimers). We work hard on accuracy, but content may contain errors and regulations change — always verify against official sources. Using an app does not guarantee any exam result, and nothing in it is insurance, investment, financial, tax or legal advice.

Subscriptions

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple Account. It renews until cancelled — manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings; your access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies. Prices may change; the App Store will show the current price before you confirm.

Intellectual property

Each app, its question pool, explanations, design and sounds are © Peritus. Certification names referenced in our apps belong to their respective owners (see Disclaimers).

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the products evolve; material changes will be posted with a revised date. We may suspend features that are abused. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
