Peritus builds practice-exam apps for Canadian professional licensing. This policy covers every Peritus app — currently LLQP Exam Prep (life-insurance licensing) and CIRE Exam Prep: CIRO Practice (securities licensing) — and it is short because our architecture is simple: your data never leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Our apps have no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no ads and no tracking of any kind. We operate no servers — the apps work entirely offline, and we have no way to see how you use them.

What stays on your device

Your study progress, scores, exam history, streaks, flashcard decks, bookmarks, preferences and the optional profile name and character you choose are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. They are never transmitted, synced or backed up to us — we couldn't read them if we wanted to.

Purchases

Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details. Each app checks its subscription status on-device using Apple's StoreKit framework.

Speech

Read-aloud audio is generated on-device by Apple's speech synthesis — nothing is sent anywhere.

Deleting your data

In any Peritus app: Settings → Reset Progress clears your study history, and Settings → Delete Account removes everything the app stores. Deleting the app from your device has the same effect — there is no copy anywhere else.

Children

Our apps are professional licensing study tools and are not directed at children under 13.
